What to write about
- Something is broken. Tell us the opening and variation you were training and what you expected to happen — that is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
- A move or explanation looks wrong. Include the line, so we can check the position and fix the content.
- An opening you want next. We prioritise by what people actually ask for.
- Privacy requests. Ask for a copy of your data or its deletion, see the Privacy Policy.
Response time
We usually reply within a few working days. Bug reports that block training get looked at first.
